According to a research that I did, the major of adolescents have researched and adopt the healthy habits into their everyday meals and prefer healthier options such as vegetable or non-meat proteins over the other options.
In a modern society with many various food options either good or bad to choose, people especially teenagers who love to try new things, choosing and eating healthy food seem so hard. Interesting and … advertisements even make things harder since they’re really attractive with unconfirmed recommendation/slogan on it. In addition, the fast lifestyle and rapid urbanisation rate make people tend to prefer the faster option which unfortunately unhealthy over cooking healthier food at home.
That is why having an instruction on healthy options and habits to follow is really important for everyone especially teenagers to avoid choosing low-quality food.
