First: Eat variety of foods
Exploring is always encouraged, if you are used to with one kind of food, find its alternatives and try to work it out. When you have some recipes using whole grain and you know them like the back of your hand, looking for some other suggestions using millet or quinoa. The other easy way to give your meal a twist is to change the main ingredient to something you haven’t tried before.
Just remember, eat variety does not mean you have to come up with the new dish every day, don’t let that thought stress you out. The whole idea of it is to have a pattern of food that is too repetitive and worsen your appetite.

Proteins can come from sources other than just meat.
