
No.5: Banana Pancake
What you need:

2 bananas
-
1 cup of oat
-
2 eggs
-
About 100ml of milk
-
1 box of unsweetened yogurt
-
Cinnamon
-
Vanilla extract
-
Olive oil
Step-by-step:

Smash the banana into paste-like.

Blend the oat until smooth with a blender, then add the other ingredients and blend until the mixture is mixed well.

Heat up the pan with olive oil (or the other oil you that prefer however avoid using butter), pour the small amount of mixture into the pan and cook until golden brown.

The pancake can be served with either fresh or dried fruit. Enjoy them with a box of yogurt is also recommended.

Comment: With the smashed banana, these pancakes are so light and soft. Banana also gives them the signature flavour and the natural sweetness without any additional sugar.
