No.4: Baked Egg dipped Baguette

Step-by-step:

  1. Whisk the eggs and milk until well blended then mix with the seasoning and parsley for flavour.

  2. Slice the baguette into preferred size slices and dip into the egg mixture

  3. 200°C.on on and bake for 20 minutes baguettePour a thin layer of olive oil onto the tray, place all of the dipped

  4. Serve the baked baguette with a cup of milk and fruit as either breakfast or snack.

What you need:

  • A small baguette for one serving

  • Two eggs

  • A tablespoon of unsweetened milk

  • Parsley

  • Seasoning 

  • Cheese (optional)

  • Olive oil

Comment: Baking is the good method that gives the baguette the crunchy crust on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. The dish together with a cup of milk will be an amazing snack or a great way to start off a day.
