No.4: Grilled Cod with vegetables
Step-by-step:

Marinate the codfish with seasoning and olive oil

Place the fish onto the baking tray, coat it with a thin layer of dried parsley then bake at 180*C for 20 minutes

While the cod is baked, boil the vegetables until they get the vibrant colour and are tender.

Place the codfish and vegetables nicely and wait for them to cool down before serving.

Comment: Codfish cooking this way is so juicy and its skin is crusty even with the small amount of oil has been used. The salted olive makes the dish more interesting and tasty with the reduction of seasoning.
