No.3: Grilled Beef Steak

Step-by-step:

  1. Marinate the beef with pepper and garlic sauce, dried rosemary and olive oil for 15 minutes.

  2. Clean the veggies and chop them into cubes. Boil until they become tender, remove from the water and place aside.

  3. Bake the beef at 180*c for 25 minutes.

  4. Serve the beef with vegetables dressed in olive.

What you need:

  • 300g beefsteak

  • Pepper and garlic salt

  • Half a tablespoon of olive oil

  • Dried Rosemary

  • Vegetable

  • Salted olive

Comment: This way of cooking beef can keep the juice and tenderness of the beef without too much the use of oil. Since the marinade and seasoning are still the same, the original flavour of beefsteak wasn't so different from the traditional cooking method.​​
