
Step-by-step:

Clean the asparagus, trimmed off the two ends and cut diagonally

Clean the veggies, boil after get rid of the unwanted parts

Heat up the oil with garlic and shallot first, add the asparagus in and stir-frying when you hear the smell of garlic. Remove from the heat when they get tender.

Chop off the tofu into slices

To make the sauce, mix the lime juice, fish sauce and chilli paste together, you might want to add some boiling water if the sauce is too salty. Soy sauce can be the perfect replacement if you aren’t really into fish sauce

Gently mix the ingredients together before serving.
