No.4: Crab and Luffa Soup

Step-by-step:

  1. Clean and cook the crab. Then leave out the shell and out the meat together with the egg in a small bowl.

  2. In a medium pot, heat up 600ml of water then put the “mong toi” and luffa when the water is boiled.

  3. When the vegetables are tender and getting the vibrant green, add the carb to the pot, seasoning and cook for about 3 more minutes.

  4. After the 3 minutes remove the pot from the heat and start serving when it cools down.

What you need:

  • One cook crab

  • One green luffa

  • 500g “mong toi

  • Seasoning

Comment: It takes quite a lot of time cooking the separating the crab, however, it is really worth. The sweetness of crab meat and luffa create a delicious dish.​
