No.2: Stir-fried Bok Choy with Tofu

Step-by-step

  1. Clean the bok choy, get rid of the old and damaged part

  2. Heat up the oil and fry the tofu until golden then set aside.

  3. Heat up the garlic until you can smell it, add the bok choy with a bit of water. Season as you prefer and fir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  4. When the bok choy is tender, add the fried tofu for the next two minutes then remove from the heat.

  5. Bok choy can be served alone or with rice.

What you need:

  • One tablespoon olive oil

  • 200g bok choy

  • One box of white, chopped tofu

  • 2 crush garlic cloves and 1 sliced chilli

Comment: This is quite hard to keep the tofu from broken apart, however, its tender and flavour complement the bok choy and makes it is more enjoyable.
